Mental Game — Test Day Mindset

Before the test:

Stop studying 2 days before. Your brain needs rest to perform.

Do something relaxing the day before. Exercise. Sleep 8 hours.

Eat protein and complex carbs the morning of.


During the test:

If you feel panic: close your eyes, three slow breaths, then tackle the next question.

A hard question is just one question. Skip it and come back.

Don't dwell on the previous section. It's done. Focus forward.


Perspective:

You can retake the LSAT. This is not your only chance.

Most schools take your highest score.

Score preview lets you cancel before schools see it.


Confidence comes from preparation. If you've done the work, trust it. You know more than you think you do.
