Do something relaxing the day before. Exercise. Sleep 8 hours.
Eat protein and complex carbs the morning of.
During the test:
If you feel panic: close your eyes, three slow breaths, then tackle the next question.
A hard question is just one question. Skip it and come back.
Don't dwell on the previous section. It's done. Focus forward.
Perspective:
You can retake the LSAT. This is not your only chance.
Most schools take your highest score.
