When to Skip — Strategic Guessing

Skip rules:

If you've read the stimulus twice and don't understand the argument, skip.

If you've spent 2+ minutes and aren't converging on an answer, skip.

Parallel Reasoning questions take the longest — skip if pressed for time.

Guessing strategy:

No penalty for wrong answers. NEVER leave a question blank.

Eliminate what you can, then guess from the remainder.

If zero elimination possible, guess and move on in 5 seconds.

Section strategy by target score:

150 target: Focus on getting 15-16 questions right per section. Skip the hardest 10.

160 target: Get 20 right per section. Skip the hardest 5-6.

170 target: Get 24+ right. Skip at most 2-3.

Your accuracy on attempted questions matters more than attempting every question.
