Types: White miso (mild, summer). Barley miso (daily standard, 18–24 months). Hatcho (strongest, 2–3 years, winter).
Recipe:
1. Soak 3" wakame 5 min, chop
2. Boil 4 cups water with wakame
3. Add diced vegetables, simmer 5–10 min
4. Heat OFF
5. Dissolve 1–2 tbsp miso in broth, stir in
CRITICAL: Never boil miso. Kills living enzymes and bacteria.
