Week 7: Psychology and Sociology
Week 8: First full-length practice exam; identify weaknesses
Daily: 30 min CARS passages; Anki review
Month 3 — Practice Exams:
Take a full-length practice test every 5–7 days
Review every wrong answer — understand WHY
Focus content review on demonstrated weaknesses
Final week: light review only; no new content; rest and sleep
Daily habits that work:
Anki flashcards — 100–200 cards/day
CARS — one passage every day without exception
Active recall over re-reading
Track performance by subject
Test day tip: MCAT is 7.5 hours. Practice stamina. Eat well. The CARS section can appear at any point; you cannot skip ahead.
